Our Community

Meet the Executive Director,
Michael Collins

 Michael brings a passion for working with seniors and having a positive impact on improving their lives. Having most recently served as the Executive Director at one of our sister properties, Michael also spent more than 30 years in the emergency medical services field, working as a paramedic and eventually getting a promotion to management level, ending up with the Chief Executive Officer role. His extensive operations, managerial, and customer service experience complement his role as our Executive Director. Michael is excited to continue his career with Discovery Senior Living and looks forward to building new relationships as he continues to serve the residents at Conservatory At Plano.
