Michael Collins

Executive Director

 

Michael brings a passion for working with seniors and having a positive impact in improving their lives. Having most recently served as the Executive Director at one of our sister properties, Michael also spent more than 30 years in the emergency medical services field working as a paramedic and eventually got a promotion to management level, ending up with the Chief Executive Officer role. His extensive operations, managerial and customer service experience complement his role as our Executive Director. Michael is excited to continue his career with Discovery Senior Living and looks forward to building new relationships as he continues to serve the residents at Conservatory At Plano.

As a native to the North Central Texas area, Marjorie has well over a decade of experience in the industry. She gained experience in the multi-family housing industry early in her career which has been very valuable through many facets of the senior living industry. Marjorie’s love of people of all ages and helping them find their perfect homes brought her to senior living because of the opportunity to meet people at their point of need.
